Wordbar

Wordbar is a wee little plugin I wrote (courtesy of the impending NaNoWriMo), which creates a sidebar widget that does 1 of 2 things:

1. Display a total wordcount of all published posts and pages on your blog
2. Compares that total to a target and outputs a progress bar

It’s running on my blog – you can see it there by the green bar on the right, displaying the total of all my published posts (which isn’t much, now that I look at it).

You can install the plugin from your WordPress Admin interface by searching for “Wordbar” in the Plugins -> Add New page, or you can download it from the WordPress Plugins Repository: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordbar/
